Great question!
May have to do with the fact that they are owned by AutoNation, supposedly the largest auto dealer owner in the US.

ps: I know for a fact that they just opened. I live 5 miles from the dealer. I visited 4-5. weeks ago, and it was their 1st week being open. They already had two .2 GT3s in stock.

The last time I heard, they were asking 10-15K over. Interestingly, they got another 6 cars coming in, all pdk, specced by them. Given these guys are new, my guess is they don't have customers lined up. They may want to sell for over msrp, but given the current pdk GT3 has been sitting on their lot for some time and several other cars coming in, I think there is a good chance one can get a MSRP deal from them. Just don't barrage them with calls, lol, it can backfire.

Just an fyi to those who may be interested... they all say pdk on the main screen but when you click on the details and look at the option sheet many are indeed manuals. Builds all vary by colors, brakes, seats. None of them are what I am looking for (basic pdk build with buckets) or else I would have inquired.

Yup...the Miami Blue car which looks in stock looking at the photos is in fact a manual, not PDK as listed.

I'm coming to the dreaded realization that I may have to fork over an ADM if I want in on the 991.2 in the next 6 months. *Sigh*

If anyone has for northern VA/DC/MD? Or within a 250mile radius (as I have a trade) that would be appreciated.

Nothing to see here, just another wanna-be stealership in California. I went over there with a few buddies and the sales guys seemed nice enough but mentioned how it was management making the calls on pricing of the GT3s. Wonder what they'll ask for in terms of ADM when they get some GT3RSs.

Yep, I also live within a few miles of that dealer. I went there a week after it opened hoping I could get my hands on a 991.2, but as others have said they all had them going for $25-30K over. They had a red manual a month or so ago they were going to offer to me for $195K (plus TTL, etc) but that ended up to be $22K ADM. It wasn't bad and I considered it, but the options weren't what I was looking for.

I ended up getting a white one at McKenna a couple of weeks later. I did see a red 991.2 GT3 driving the opposite direction of me on PCH about a week ago. I wonder if that was the same car since I know it was sold shortly after.

I think PCNA/PAG throw a huge bone over to new dealerships to help them hit the ground running (and stealing lol)

I was amazed at Porsche West Broward in South Florida when they opened with their loaded inventory, likely the same as the new Porsche of Irvine

If and when the economy takes a dump I'm wondering how loyal their ADM paying clients will be rather than just selling at MSRP, guess these guys are getting in while the getting is good

I received notice of my allocation for a PTS MT 991.2 GT3 about 2 months ago. I built a car with a code on the Porsche website but told my dealer I definitely wanted to make changes because I was confused about several of the options. I'm loading this up as a keeper at a total build cost of almost $200,000. He said let's just submit this & we'll make changes later. After researching the multiple options, I emailed him an updated build 3 weeks ago with several changes. I just spoke w/ him today & he said my build was at 180 status on Dec 5th & went directly to 215 status on Jan. 1st with a July 15th dealer delivery. Porsche never placed my build into 200 status where changes could be made. I'm told once you hit 215 status, Porsche locks the build in & there are no changes. My dealer is emailing PAG & making phone calls but states he may not be able to make changes at this stage. He knows I will get his manager involved.
ANYONE HAVE ADVICE ON HOW I CAN ACCOMPLISH CHANGES TO MY $200,000 BUILD ?

It can be done at V215. Just has to email his regional rep and/or factory. Paint, however, probably cannot be changed at this point.

I partly rationalized spending $12k for PTS because I'm getting my GT3 Touring without ADM. The MSRP (w/Gas Guzzler and Delivery) touched $192k, so I'm glad I have some company. I'm expecting lots of smiles in this 500HP, MT, 9k RPM wonder.

Don’t worry. I’m also at $192k with PTS and CXX options before sales tax.

187k PTS/CXX build, it’s a bargain.
