Thanks J.

Guys, if anyone is actually in the market and wants advice on them etc just PM me. In regards to people giving discounts, the older units end up costing dealers more money at some point so that is why you will find a deal.

That being said- it's not apples to apples. Some cars I would personally sell a little short of the target but others no way. Also, McLaren is very odd about advertising in the sense that we are not allowed to advertise more than a certain % of them online. Ties our hands a bit.

The car I can currently do the biggest deal on will always be the oldest unit- go to a Porsche dealer and I bet you can find a great deal on their oldest car too.

My 675LT has never gone into Limp Mode.. and I have 4k miles on it with plenty of track days at Sonoma and Laguna

I have a GT4 and I have a 675LT. I track moderately and would say I'm an average track driver. I can't compare the GT3 for you since I've only driven it around for a day on the streets. What I can say is that I'm never selling my 675LT unless someone decides to offer me exorbitant, stupid money. I love that car and its abilities on street and on track. There's a connection that feels like a giant miata.. which sounds odd but for those of you who track spec miatas... you'll know

As for the 570.. it's a great car inside and out. It is fun, it's really really fast (I wasn't missing too much coming from a 675) and its quite refined. If it's your only car/DD then it might not work. The doors are less daunting as the 675.. but there's still areas that will be hard to park. You get a ton of looks and you'll be noticed, which is a bad thing sometimes. And the sound isn't as nice as a GT3.

For me, I'd get a GT3 to be honest. My LT is a track/street rocket that always puts a smile on my face and makes me pinch myself everytime I drive it.. but the GT4/GT3 is a great car to drive around for me on street where the act of driving and the enjoyment of the sounds, feel and the lack of impracticality makes it a better choice than the 570. And I love McLaren so that's saying something.

Finally - for all the McLaren bashers in this crowd, I'd say that we're all in the same general performance car group. I'm part of the T1 Track Club at Sonoma Raceway. Apart from the formula 3/4/mazda and radicals.. much of the garage is stacked with McLarens (4LTs coupes out of the 13 coupes in Nor Cal) and GT4/911s and my lowly supercharged spec Miata. We have no Lambos or Ferraris on track... which is saying something in my view.

You probably don't track at 104F like I do. Hopefully the fixed it with the 675LT (their track focused car).

Not quite sure. A good friend can not run his 675 LT properly at COTA in the summer every time we go; one hot lap, then one slow lap and so forth, due to overheating. Another friend had the coolant line leak all over, in front of his right front tire....

I think the best of both worlds would be owning a Porsche GT car and a McLaren. They are very different cars. I had a GT3 and now a GT4. Drove the 570S a couple months ago and very different from what I was expecting and not a bad thing. Great looking no doubt and super fast. A little too refined ect but that is why "in addition to" would be ideal

I totally agree. Maybe one day I will add a 570S to my GT3RS.

Couldn't agree more...I'm enjoying my combination.

does the 650 creep when you left off the brake? I was surprised by that in the 570

Besides the 991 GT3 and 991 GT3RS which sports cars and exotics have eliminated auto creep?

Not that it is either a sports car or an exotic, but my 2014 M5 with DCT does not auto creep (i.e., if you let off the brake while stopped on a level surface with the transmission in Drive, it does not move until you apply gas).
