never driven or codriven the current singer 4.0l

but having all the self operated race-car-engines in the back of my mind. it most probably will be an event - controlling those 500hp from williams.

i´m missing 1,5Mio € net?

Absolute cheapest would be having your own donor car and doing a 3.6l, which would still be about 460-490. It's normally more of a value to do a 3.8 or 4.0 at the end of the day, the Ed Pink motors are DELICIOUS, even though the 3.6 is quite tidy after a tune up from them.

According to the Top Gear website, 1.8 million USD. I think it's worth EVERY penny.

Is it me or does the Singer DLS interior reminds me a lot of the Pagani Hyuara? There are too much "bling" in that interior.

I feel the same way. Don't get me wrong, I would still give a nut to have this car. But prefer the normal Singer interior in some ways.

I think at the end of the day, this car is the ultimate expression of "what if" when it comes to the 911 in seeing just how extreme one can go...the classic Singer is really still the car that does "everything" and it's an all around package that is hard to top, even by Singer. However, for those that want the most extreme possible...I think the guys delivered!

Sorry, but I don't see the value. I get it at $500k, but above that, I have a hard time with the price. Oh well, they only need a few guys a year at that price and they seem booked, so what do I know!

I don’t get this at that price. 1.5 million buys a lot of amazing cars.

Why is this so much better than a CGT?

This is Pagani levels of craftmanship with an amazing level of engineering involved in developing an air cooled 4.0 which develops 500hp. For the person who has everything, why not?

Singer cars tell me Porsche hasn't had to do much to make the 911 modern and interesting. They are starting to look a bit like corvettes...
