Although your question wasn't directed to me, let me help answer.

Yeah, that is a tough one and maybe just needs a bit of interpretation. Obviously there is a huge difference in HP. Once you have driven a 700 HP car like the 720s or GT2RS, you realize the amount of 'extra reserve' you have when under acceleration. On the track, your closing speed is phenomenal and if you have the skills you can pretty much catch anything else out there. With the GT3RS and similar HP cars and driver skills, a courtesy 'lift' by the other driver enables a quicker pass. It may be a stretch to call the GT3RS too slow and probably more accurate to say slower by comparison.

Just purchased package as the dealer told me it covers the mag wheels "if they were bought with car", the Mag wheels are made by BBS, and are a factory option. If they are bought straight from BBS, they are not covers so I'm told.

With all due respect, the dude just does not know how to downshift. Need more power - grab 1st or 2nd gear. GT3 would spin non-warmed up (street temperature) tires in the first two gears, so at speeds below 80mph more power will only increase the speed of tires being destroyed. Yes, at higher speeds more power would matter, but how often do you do pulls from 80MPH on public streets? On track it's a different story, but it's more about turning anyway.

A car like the GT2 RS will ruin your sense of speed im sure of that. BUT to say a GT3 should be faster or call it slow is a little much.

The 3RS is slow by comparison when we're talking about straightline speed. Even the numbers say that 3.1 vs 2.7 seconds to 60 is notable and feels more than notable.

There’s fast, really fast, crap your pants fast (2RS/720s) ... never driven a modern hypercar but I’m guessing that would be orgasmically fast.

That’s the soulsea scale, kinda like the Richter scale but stupider.

Clearly your happy with your 3RS and that’s great but I absolutely wanted more power. Heck, I spent 6K on a full Suntek Ultra PPF on the 3RS and I thought that was going to be the car but it didn’t have enough power for me. I wanted hair on fire, ***** to the wall fast………….ergo 2RS.

Well i am happy that after the ex you can afford a 2RS lol.

i prefer the sound of the 2RS when idle and at low revs. When flooring it the 3RS is way better to my ears.

I disagree, I sold my 2RS because it was too fast on the street to enjoy safely.

For me there is a minimum amount of time I want to be pushing a car to get satisfaction. In a 2RS I was going warp speed before my mind had gotten fully satisfied. As a track weapon the 2RS is the best no doubt. For the street it is a GT3 Touring or a 3RS with some upgraded vocal chords from Dundon or JCR for the win

3.1 is not slow by any standard. Let’s also not forget turbo lag and the 2RS has it. The 2RS is faster off the line but to me the real difference is once the 2RS has traction and is already moving, the warp speed gets initiated.

550 ft lbs of torque at 2500rpm on vs 330 ft lbs at 6250rpm... I have a real hard time understanding how that makes for turbo lag. At any rpm and from any speed, the GT2RS has substantially more pull than any of the other 991 GT cars I've owned. The MP4 12C had turbo lag but that's the last car I've experienced it in on street or track.

Have a 3RS. DROVE A 2RS. Holy ****e. Car is flat out bonkers. TQ makes it feel like power is non-ending. Sounds great also.
