I really wonder how many
people can actually use a GT2RS?

GT3RS and GT3.2 are already
too fast for street and
maybe 30% will be tracked?

Thanks guys, its going to be a special car, they simply have to step it up facing the AMG BT R Black Series and Fiat 488 Scuderia and the McLaren onslaught.

Next one carbon tub and flat 8? Lol.
Yes, the 992 is just speculation on my side, but the McLaren is already getting lighter and that's with a V8TT in the back. Plus all the car with hybrid help need a CF tub to not get porky like a AMG..
Regarding the PTS, I heard there is so much complaint when a pedestrian wash and wear brand can offer more hardly any colors that are standard on a VW Lupo without upcharging stupid money. Black PTS anyone?!
McLaren and Fiat will paint your car any color happily and that is the price this car comes in at.

They have learned from the BMW M4 GTS, but will step still demand that dealers install it properly to maintain warranty. Just another profit center IMO but whatever. Hopefully for you that will trickle down to the GT3 manual.

One question, the larger diffuse suggests a more mid-engined set up like the RSR. Is that what you're suggesting?
No, engine in the same place but more room like a TTS.

PTS will be a completely separate program now after pissing off everyone and seeing crazy colored McLarens flying off the lots for less money than the GT2RS they have no choice.
It all depends when they stop the 991 model line, so from now till the new 992 is introduced it will be in production. Again, its a direct replacement for the current RS. No more Gt4RS NA.

Possibly a limited special edition, but that has not been decided as of yet.

Positive visualization. It worked great the last time.

Its going to be a touch choice, I mean how fast do I really want to go?
Full Clubsport roll bar and front cage will help!

I think many. But there are a lot of 911's available that are NA. Just no new ones. Nor will there be any cars from any other brands so not much choice if you want new car track warranty. I for one am ready for no lag boost.

Not many, I'm a bit scared of it to be honest, the mini TQ of the current and past RS make it such a sweetheart to drive but how many times do you want to be past on every straight by a AMG, Fiat or Macca?

Not selling mine before I have my sticky paws on the new one. And maybe, if I can I will keep it.

They will have to go to the bank and ask for a 30 year mortgage because the GT2 RS will be flipped at $450 - $500K minimum. Unless you're referring to 918 owners wanting to replace their GT3 with the GT2. In this case, yeah...

If a production sports car couldn't be built unless "many people can actually use" it the world would be a very boring place. If only 1% can extract full potential then that qualifies for a production Green light thank goodness. If I can't get 100% out of my personal GT2 RS then I'll lend it to my friend Mark Webber to get some hot laps in and I'll be in passenger seat smiling and thanking the Porsche gods for building the newer version after every lap!

Lol no it wont. No way is a GT2 RS worth 350k base.
