Love this color. Is this Meissen Blue or Etna Blue? Blends very well with the exposed carbon fiber.

Drive safe,

You are correct.I had an email from my dealer in February saying that they had switched to black and that the configurator was being updated.

What a logical way to deal with front plate. Wish the U.S. would adopt.

That is how my front plates looks like. It is illegal in my country but is not considered a serious crime. Having a sign like this is like having no sign at all. Worst that can happen is that you get a ticket for it.

"Fun" fact: If the front plate sticker looks exactly as a normal plate (including some id number) then it is forgery - a very serious crime.

(I havn't had any problems with the police with my sticker plates.)

It is a state decision, not federal. For example, we don't wear them in Nevada as the law says you wear them unless inconvenient. Since nice dealers here generally don't drill your bumper, and the factory doesn't deliver the car with front plates, it would be inconvenient for me to drill into the car to mount the plate - therefore, no front plates on most cars purchased here. On the 2RS, you could go one step further and note that mounting a plate would obstruct the car's cooling - therefore, no front plate.

Yup. And some states are stupid/draconian and some employ common sense. MA has become more draconian with new state inspection rules - four real-time cameras feeding into big brother in every inspection garage, additional manual photos of car uploaded into system during inspection, yadda, yadda, yadda... EOD, we always have tow hook mounting option.

Yes, one of the things that I love about Nevada because the no sales tax on private party car purchases and sales tax trade-in credit. California could take some notes from its neighbor to the east.

Black car with black wheels looked so good in pictures, I might have to change my spec again

Been doing back and forth between black wheels and gold wheels every week for the last month!

I know what you mean

If you go with white gold: Have you considered getting the GT2RS stickers in white gold too?
