The watch is made by Porsche Design. If memory serves me right, it is with their own in house movement.

Its design and colour are identical to those of the instrument cluster and rev counter of the 911 GT2 RS. The 911 GT2 RS’s top speed of 340 km/h (211 mph) is highlighted in colour on the tachymeter.
Each 911 GT2 RS Chronograph is fitted with a leather strap in black or red Alcantara® (available in sizes M and L) that can be easily swapped, thanks to a quick-change system. And of course, both are made from the same materials used in the interior of the 911 GT2 RS."
I heard the same in France, the dealer says +5000units for 2019 and a price reduction anyway this information come from a dealer in Marseille

5000 ?? Je croyais qu il ne pouvait plus en produire à partir de novembre à cause des nouvelles restrictions au niveau des moteurs? Le groupe Porsche a dit qu il ne pourrait pas en produire plus de 2000 pour le monde entier... Et sur le forum, toutes les commandes aux USA marqué 2019 sont passées à 2018 il y a deux semaines prouvant qu il ne peut pas avoir de gt2 rs pour 2019...
Si ils en font vraiment pour 2019 et qu ils prévoient d en faire 4000 je comprends plus du tout la politique de porsche...
Par contre un prix de réduction c est très étrange sachant que celles à revendre sur internet à 450 k partent comme des petits pain.
My dealer (one of the larger ones in Florida) originally was told they were getting 5 cars, two of which are VIP's cars. When I spoke to them this week they weren't even sure if they're getting that many anymore, so who knows. It seems like the factory is behind schedule, I originally had a July build, now its moved back to September.
This car is so damned fast...I'm happy with my WP and black...less for the cops to spot early!
We'll have sister cars in NJ. I wanted black on my .1 3RS, but PTS wasn't available for my allocation. I'm glad they offered it as standard on the 2RS!
