You got anymore nuggets of wisdom or predictions?
There s zero correlation between a turbo or not turbo GT3
and the following

"There s nohing analog after a 964 and eventually 993
it s all marketing self inflated bluff based on ppl ignorance

but we all know about a self fulfilling profecy..."

l can re post if you can t read that well

You can repost it as many times as you want. It doesn't change the fact that you're wrong. And since you've brought it up, that's the correlation...that you're wrong here as you're wrong in the turbo prediction. I can repost this too if you can't read that well.

I can already see it now the first person that orders and tries to sell on here a non-manual. It will be like all the non-LWB's over again, everyone thinking the manual is the "best" platform.

That's not going to happen. A lot of people on Rennlist will spec a manual, but the majority will get PDK. Win win for Porsche either way. But this time there will be a lot of win for us Luddites too.

In watching the EVO 911R video listening to Andreas it does very much seem like the 911R is the answer for those wanting a 5spd. That track cars will stay PDK.

That was my take away as well - I think a lot of people are reacting to what they wanted to hear rather than what was said. Much like the stock market lately

Laugh all you want, the turbo is coming. Maybe not the next version, but certainly very soon. NA just can't compete with power and emissions.

You stating the 911.2 GT3 is turbo is completely false. Preuinger has already stated the next GT4 facelift will continue to use the flat 6 and the GT3 is going to stick to natural aspiration.

But of course, when the GT2 RS is announced you'll say you weren't wrong all along and that's what you were referring to.

Read this! Straight from the horse's mouth --no turbo.

The turbo may be coming, but let's not confuse that emissions of a turbo engine are actually better compared to those of NA engines. They're not. All that power doesn't come from thin air. Compressing the air requires torque (hence energy) then the fuel ignited still has to match the air (molecular equivalence) to generate power.

Turbos burning cleaner are a fact due to fuel efficiency. More power and torque at lower rpm.

Efficiency disappears when you include the "right-foot" factor.. then you remove cats for mo-powa! and you're a climate killer..
