Great. Would be nice to see the results before the flash and after. Are you going to the same place where you had your car checked stock?

So we gonna have the stock reference, Dundon installed and Dundon plus ECU flash. All from the same dyno. Just beautiful!
Great job and big thanks for sharing all that information!

Looks like I am a bit late to the party, but wow, this setup sounds amazing! Great work Matt, really appreciate the time you put in to making these videos!

I, like many others, am anxiously waiting to hear about a catted version (hopefully the added restriction doesn't negate power gains too much). Someone earlier in the thread mentioned the added soot a decatted system can create - I can attest from have a catless longtube system on C63 that the difference is definitely noticeable (axle-back was stock). I would have to wash the car almost weekly to keep up with the brown/black soot deposited on the rear section of the car. I know it's part of the trade-off for more power, but for me was enough to only go catted from here on out (despite using it on track, etc.). Matt, have you noticed this?

BTW, the Dundon setup appears to be of top quality - welds and finish look great from the pictures!

I actually get soot on mine with cats and sharkwerks center bypass. Question : how does one pass emissions with a catless setup?

I am also currently running a SW bypass - I also notice a bit more soot than stock setup but nothing like a catless longtube system I had on previous autos. Luckily, being in SC - we do not have emissions here . Some emissions testing that is done via OBD II can be passed using "appropriate tuning, etc" Looks like this system also does not cause a CEL which most emissions testing centers will automatically flag.

They switch it out back to OEM before testing. The catless set up is for track use only, or Earth will die.

In FL if you have a windshield and side mirrors you're good to go. We don't have vehicle inspections. I haven't put enough miles on the car, but my guess is that there will be a little more build-up on the tips. Time will tell. Once I get the car tuned, I would think it won't be much different than stock. Other than a more pronounce smell.

I really love the sound. I really appreciate the videos. I really hope to be amongst the first when the catted version is ready.

Matt, your videos are superbly produced as well as educational. Porsche should be employing you. Do you know about Soloshot? I was hoping to bring one to the Smokies event, but I doubt it will have been delivered by then.

I enjoy your 991 GT3 forum , so I wanted to thank Money and other RL contributors on headers. I learned the benefit of performance headers (about 6 years ago had them installed from Fabspeed on an '03 C4S) and no dyno test but the seat of pants experience greatly enhanced. I also upgraded cats and muffler so these helped as well, but FS technicians said headers biggest boost to HP with exhaust set up.
Anyway, Money and other 991 GT3 RLers took my learning to another level. Very cool information and Money videos entertaining and informative.

Can't wait for Matt to put up his dyno. Saw it via text... Let's just say my car and our dyno is conservative...

I must say our dyno is normally regarded as a heart breaker as well, but the difference was mind blowing with your header. Normally if someone told me they gained 50hp with a header I would have to raise the BS flag, but I saw this one with my own eyes and the gains are real. Solid system you guys have engineered for this one, I'm just mad I didn't order one for me 996 a long time ago because I have a feeling you're going to have a pretty sizable wait list going forward!
