Big entry speed. Wish there were some outside shots.

He looks like he was going for Sunday drive, very calm facial expressions.

WOW That's a little surprising P would market or allow that footage to go public , no helmet , no gloves , no suit/ or long sleeves , and driving what appears to be flat out and doesn't seem to have the line down; the car is years of engineering endeavor, I don't think that footage is professionally complementary
Looks like a wonderful and fun challenging track
Fastlaneturbo what's your take ?

Ditto on the lack of exterior footage.

Fast forward to 1:30

And a somewhat more subdued Kyalami lap with Michael Christensen, also in new RS:

I'm pretty sure Jorg has the line down pat.

yea you are probably right , and I'm no pro , just your basic PCA De loving

guy just sharing my initial reaction after watching once ; I would think a

smoother cleaner lap would be offered up for all to see

The video makes the car looks loose and requiring lots driver input which is opposite my experience with the new RS but his pace is a step above anyone on here. I just think he would a bit smoother entering the corners. Still cool video all in all

I know that when you are absolutely pushing to the limit, the car isn't always going to have a perfect setup for the particular driver. Whether he could have been more smooth or not, I'll leave that to the experts to determine.

Biggest difference between a fast pro and an amateur is corner entry speed. This is a big part of the reason the RS looks lose on entry in both Kyalami and Bilster Berg videos.

^This. I sat next to a pro driving my cars and was waiting to go off-road entering fast corners but it never happened.

I could be wrong but he drives it kinda like a Kart. Seems to scrub speed by pitching it and scrub it away without loosing momentum or spin etc...
