Zactly. When the 991 RS has acquitted itself nicely with the 650 Mac and Aston GT12 that says volumes. Just ask Chris Harris.

Looks like the first RS under $250k has hit Ebay.

That eBay car has over 1K miles, half the cars there are re-sellers.
From what I can gather, new, undelivered cars have hit the 40K to 60K range depending on color.
I still can't find one under $40K premium, new, undelivered.
SO now its a guessing game of how many more are going to hit the shores in the next few months and continue to soften the market or do you pick up what you can find now before it all becomes 2nd hand later this year.

ditto. Why would you spend $15K more just because you want one with 0 miles? At 1k to 2K miles its still a brand new car.
Unless you have to have a 0 mile car and you aren't going to title it or drive it this private seller is offering a great deal. It would be worth saving $10K to $15K or more to me.

I could be wrong, but I do not think they are selling to end users. They are transferring from dealer to dealer and the prices are resetting. Dealers certainly paid over list to get cars, but it is questionable whether the end demand is there.
I, like some others am willing to pay a little over but still less than where the ask is. Especially for PTS. Completely ridiculous what some asks are but hey, it's a waiting game. If you have to have it now, you will pay up. If not, then we will get a chance to buy it at a better price, I believe.
YMMV
