Default All generations Porsche 911 RS tested together

Apologies if this has been posted before. I did a search but couldn't find it.

It's a review of all the 911 RS's ever released. It's from the Dutch website Autoblog.nl but the English subtitles are ok.

The favourites they pick as the end may surprise.

All the typical things we already know.
But fun to watch if you understand Dutch one mistake they declare all PCCB standard from the 996RS.
They choose the 964 because it's the most fun. I think if these guys would go to the track they would have both picked the 4.0 because manual.

But yeah, we all really need one of each..

964 RS, not surprising! They are so awesome. The purest driving Porsche since the '73 RS!

Quite a few factual inconsistencies with production numbers (997.2 @ 2000?), standard trim (PCCBs, front roll cage, etc.). Missing key facts in others (996 engine has ported intake tract over the 6-3, 993 being tested is a Komfort different from all other cars except the RSL). Overall not a very informed review.

Agree with above--take it to the track I think they'll both pick the 4.0.

Agree! Probably more interesting for TRAKCAR that understands the language. But to mix up CS versions with comfort completely changes the outcome. I've driven 964RS comfort and 993CS. And would pick the 993CS every day of the week.

For us to have the pleasure to watch this video... i'll have to thank these guys for the effort. its like the best car video of the year. And yes... i have driven the 991 gt3rs and 997 gt3rs 3.8 but i still prefer the 997 over the 991 and will take the 997 gt3rs 4.0 anytime forever

I definitely enjoyed it and understand how hard it must be to put something like this together. The comment was more about not comparing apples to apples. That 964rs with stripped out interior is amazing!
