Hi, I'm sorry I haven't had time to read the whole thread but I'm under a time crunch to make a decision to let go of my 15 TTS for a low mileage 16 GT3 RS.

Whilst running the carfax it came up with:

Manufacturer Voluntary Service Action issued
#WF72 VOLUNTARY SERVICE ACTION - REPLACE IGNITION
COILS AND SPA

Is this something I should be concerned about?

Obviously I'd be paying over sticker but if I'm going to do that I don't want something that will bite me when I go to resell the car in a year or two.

I believe that recall was due to a bad batch of plugs. As to getting a '16' I wouldn't hesitate. If it will be a long term keeper add on. A CPO.

^ Correct. Small batch of bad coils for some production months (like my June 15 GT3). They also replace plugs as a precaution. Nothing to worry about.
