This is what I was thinking when my RS7 lease is up. I haven't driven the S class yet, but I want one car for all out spirited driving and another to separate me from the rest of the world. I think the RS/S Class combo would achieve this.

I was right there back in September.

The S (coupe for me) was a wonderfully sedated drive it turns out. Beautiful to look at, comfortable, silent, smooth. A real statement.

But just too far from the RS.

The RS is my summer DD and I couldn't come to grips with the jump so I switched direction and got into a Panam GTS.

Nowhere near as pretty on the outside but the inside is quite appealing to me. More importantly, driven in Sport+, it's actually fun. If you really want to be sedated, you can always go to 'normal / auto'.

That's now my DD winter beater.

Not mine, but check out this photo a friend from Florida sent me. I assume the one with the bumper sticker is his DD.

Damn, I suck at self control. Went to look at the S550 coupe today and I was done. Super comfortable and quiet. Designo interior is incredible. Trading the RS7 for it. Love the RS7 - crazy fast, super AWD system. The S Coupe just isolates me from the rest of the world and is a very relaxing drive after a long day. Probably won't be too shabby on long trips either. I'll post some pics when I take delivery.

Did not go for the S63 - I can get most of the way there with the Renntech tune. Granted the transmission won't be as crisp, but I'm just looking for a cruiser.

Good. I would get along great with your FL friend.
But I am already thinking past this election cycle.
Ask your buddy if he wants one of the new re-election
hats I just had made?

Thanks...but it's a rental. No one can afford to put these stickers
on their own truck in California. At minimum it would be key-ed
& could easily get fire-bombed.

My daily driver Sentra is camouflaged so that it can blend-in &
go unnoticed in my state:

2016 Cayenne S eHybrid...with every option under the sun! Lol. Really like the air suspension as I can get it low and high! ; ) And with the 21's it rides damn smooth!

Bought it less than a month after I got my 2016 GT3. My neighbors are used to it by now.

Absolutely Loving the combo!

still can't decide

now we got 2017 Audi Q7 with Air suspension
the roads here so bad that i always on Comfort mode
and "enjoy" driving the Q7 more the the Macan Turbo.

most of the time i don't like the Macan Turbo now
feel very firm (i have air suspension in the Macan)

maybe all Porsche cars are firm?
i use to have Cayenne S few years ago (old model)
and i was really bad.

even the Q7 sometimes feel firm on the broken road
maybe because of the 21" 285/40 summer tires

i'm trying to find a replacement for the Macan Turbo

C63S , i wanted to get this car
until i saw it for the first time , really ugly !!
