No they do not, you hammer them in with a threaded bolt, and then you set them.
Wej‑IT 5/8" Power‑Drop is used

I am also looking for a small lift. Are those just to service your cars or also to store another car beneath it?

Yes one of one, sold for 220 sent to Asia People then thought that price was steep for a 4.0 - you could also buy a frog for 100k Maybe those days return maybe not, bummer that modern sports cars are now for "collectors" who I wish still bought art and other lame stuff and not track monsters that will sit caged but I digress
