Agh - I see now. In my control panel, my message editor was some how set to "basic" - which removed the photo upload feature. Fixed. Will update the original post this evening!

I put together a very simple rendering to help explain a bit of an odd vision to our contractor.

Office area coming together!

Epoxy / paint fleck floors

Toys are in

Cabinets (Newage) & glass window are both in

A couple prints from Chris Labrooy

New side lift garage door - and, view from the office.

All done! My wife thinks I'm nuts - so something must have gone right with this project 😎
Ok - reposted with images working. Sorry about that. It's my first time using a computer 😅

Hah - the limiting factor was truly space. We're in a california ranch without land to build a separate structure so had to get creative, and wanted the work from home office to be outside of the main living areas.

Mixed. Their designer did a great job taking the dimensions & helping me figure out the right layout with the available space. From the time I ordered (and paid) to receiving was about 5 months. One of the six drawer cabinets I received was a slightly different color than the rest of the set (a faded black). I didn't notice it until I had installed - at which point, they would not swap it for me. On the upside - they did credit back about 40% of the price of the cabinet, and it's only noticeable in direct sunlight. Happy to post a photo if you'd like to see. Quality is what you would expect at the price point - good, but nothing jaw dropping.

makes a lot of sense, and turned out great. i imagine having an office outside of the chaos inside the home during the pandemic home is almost like going to the office. :-)

Spot on my friend. We're about to have two under 2... so, the more separation from the chaos the better 😅

Some progress, but the electricians and AC installers are becoming a bit of a nightmare to get things finished...

Reception / coffee / bar area:

Caterers area / kitchenish...
Oddly we have to wait to install the kitchen cabinet uppers to get the CO

Staircase finally finished with orientation looking through reception / coffee / bar area:

Carpet went in on the mezzanine and getting ready for the temporary grand piano and furnishings...

Getting ready to move in a mountain of accumulated cutter, cars, parts and let the mayhem begin!

I imagine. I have just the compact with yaw & pitch. Hard to overstate ongoing value for a driving fanatic. Simcraft is awesome, highly recommend.
