Almost ready for cars - seals hardware should go on this week.

A/C is cranking lights are 98% - floor is as slippery as it looks not the best idea if one plans on living

Love the swing out Car Doors and the LED lighting. Did you apply a top coat to the Porcelain Tiles? I have Porcelian tiles in my Calgary garage but I used a non-slip tile, but still easy to clean (I use a small walk behind commercial unit, Advance SC351 ) Some times I have to scrub a bit extra at the grout joints. Overall I say Wow, that includes your entire estate. Can't wait for the pics with the cars.

My garage finally started... nothing really interesting yet. They tore out all the landscaping on the hill, dug a massive hole and there's a big pile of dirt in my driveway. Engineer out today to OK the dirt. Forms and footings going in over the next couple days.

I don't have a lot of room to work with so I'm a little stressed with exactly how it's going to turn out and exactly how we're going to be able to get into the back yard but we'll make it work.

Mezzanine is in finished storage, ceilings are 15-1/2 feet to lowest supports, I can JUST walk under them in mezzanine. There's hand rails, both sides, thanks mr inspector!

Lights are flat panel leds, I was unsure, but love the even light.

Love the Big *** line up. I went with the polished aluminum fans and 4 of the LED lights. Got the fans off Craigslist at about a 70% discount otherwise they wouldn't be in consideration. Lights came direct from the factory. All are wifi controlled and have a motion sensor so they go on when I walk or drive in.
