Lets see some more pics of actual functional garages...... lifts, tools, compressor set-ups etc..... thats a bit more interesting than someones mini car museum.

Storage/workshop:


Full HVAC, compressor, tire machine/balancer, two lifts, and an alignment rack. She's not pretty, but functional.

Have any of you worked with an interior designer to set up your garage? We're planning to hire one to help with our new house, but I'm not sure about including the garage in the designer's scope. The garage is done, other than needing storage systems (pic posted earlier in this thread - the nine-car garage).

hah. I would bet they all have those tools - mine does it's just hidden for good reason.

I agree. I have everything hidden and organized. The main reason I built my garage so large. Mess and clutter doesn't equal functional.
