This is a crazy cool thread. Thanks OP! Some really great ideas with lots of variation. Hope more people post stuff.

Not gonna lie, that big, massive, huge, gargantuan garage needs to be follow up on here. Can we get regular progress pictures please???? Glass ceilings/floors??? WTF? I gotta see this!

Agreed, probably some of the coolest garages i've ever seen in my life in this thread, and the cars.....wow.

Here is my garage. Need to do some organizing, remodeling and throwing away junk as always. I'll stick with the furnishings i have for now. Gotta get a bigger garage, soon.

These photos make me want to cry myself to sleep. I really, really need to move out of San Francisco! And from what I can tell, I'd be a king in Texas! Awesome garages gents! Whaa!!

preaching to the choir my man... downpayment on a home here would buy a 10 car garage & house in rest of the country.. this thread (and others) sometimes make me question my residence choice...
... but then i look out from my deck, breath this ocean air and it helps me postpone that question for another day...

Isn't it impractical to have your garage on an island?

Thanks. Been busy at work so don't get to drive as much as I would like. Wish I lived in California for better driving weather but I don't think I could deal with the liberal trends. My favorite is the 918. Truly incredible car. The performance envelop is way beyond most sportscars, everything it does seems effortless. It has such a classic shapetoo

Our normal two car garage. The we have the toy house in the back yard. Besides plenty of storage for toys. Inside the double doors on the far left is a small climate controlled shop and above it is my wife's sewing center also climate controlled. Happy wife makes for more boy toys

Sorry for what appears to be a duplicate post but I was not happy with the darkness of the first photos and could not figure how to just change the photos

Great idea to build that huge sewing center for the wife! It was really nice of her to let you store some of your toys there! :-) Yet another awesome setup! You guys are killing me!

Always include the wife! As part of our garage we made her an area for candle making. She loves it! Happy wife = high level of tolerance.
