Nice spot Sir! I have an S2 along with 2 other bikes and contemplating a 4th. I suspect the owner correlation with GT3's is high?

Nice designs. I put off the ARE for years because I thought it was 90% jumping thru hoops and 10% knowledge...but we all comply eventually.

Architecture has a very high job satisfaction percentage, for those who survive the cycles and stick with it.

I graduated in a recession, all my top classmates went into tech instead and did very well for themselves, the lesson of timing.

another architect?
ARE 10% knowledge is about right, my 2ndary egress stair was a disaster but it got me passed ;-)

and i am good a penetrating 4 hour walls (lots of hospitals)
