Just on my way to the airport.
In short: very foggy morning which delayed the qualification and the race itself was shortened a bit. Dry and good conditions.
We where 21 cars In the very competitive V4 class.
We ended up in 10th place which surprised us. Such a good result will probably not happen again.

Back home after a let down from Scandinavian Airlines. They thought is was better for me to sleep on Clarion Hotel on Arlanda Airport than home in bed.
We did a pretty good race for our standards. Avoided possible bad situations on track. Unfortunately the hood came loose on the first lap which costed us about 2:45 min.
This was bad as we where on a one stop strategy and most of our competitors on a two stop.
I had a small incident when a GT86 thought he would improve my front right fender even though I gave him a lot space - I think
We qualified as #157 of 169 cars in total.
We ended up as #118 in total and 10th in class.

Random picts from the Friday before race.
Friday had wonderful weather 16-17°C(!) Saturday: Cold and foggy.
New for this yea in VLN is that we have a button on the car where we select which is the current driver. We also must have a data logger so that race director can extract data from us in case of a protest. The cell phone is used for contact with the team. It is connected to a box over Bluetooth and the box is connected to my helmet headset. A rather cost effective solution for smaller teams.

Drivers briefing #1, there is two more. 170 cars, 2-3 drivers gives 400-500 drivers.
