Sorry Grant, I'm mixing up cars, I highlighted it in my post now, those are the pics from 2015 from my .1 GT3RS.
Its coming back from the shop Friday after it was reverted back to stock, so excited to see my old love again.

That's stuff from my .1GT3RS.. I haven't seen the used parts from Lizard yet, but we're going to find out! of course it was on much cooler tracks in Europe, so may not be a fair comprising with Lizard.
But its a reason I bring it once a year to a Porsche dealer, so there are no unknowns. Ive replaced them on the .1RS every 6000 miles or less after seeing these pics.

I owe Reeves nothing. I have my deposit for the "Next RS" since 2007 but Lizard came through other channels and Ive asked for the first GT4 or Spyder. If its not applied to either, I'm done.

Good to hear about windows up Sebring day. I'm most likely in for this.

Peter did you take Reeves your own oil? I just did oil change today with them and they use Amalie Oil and it's not even A40 Porsche Approved the service advisor told me...because they get it in drums.

Charged me $497 w/tax..that's for the 3- plugs and oil filter and labor!!!! Friggin robbery!!!

I took them Motul 5w-40 today to install and i stood and watched them through the glass door.

My 1st Annual Service is due in 3200 miles. Dreading taking it back $$$$$

It was again confirmed that today’s event at Sebring with Chin is a windows up event if you prefer.

I specifically asked for Mobil 1, confirmed in an email but I have my doubts as the invoice says AMP in front of the Mobil 1 language.

Mike, we are probably OK just keeping the receipts from an independent shop.
But as long as the car is under warranty, I continue to “overmaintain” the car.
I am basically doing a 24,000 mile service every year plus PDK oil. Not even sure if they recommend plugs and belts every 24,000 miles.
i know PDK oil is lifetime. I do this 3x like my .1RS and then it’s out of warranty so whatever.

I was supposed to get Purple back yesterday but it’s become Tuesday.. 6 weeks till no more warranty..

Nice. I wonder if PBOC will finally allow windows up?

^^^
One could only hope. They are stuck with the “safety” nonsense and any time I have asked they don’t even want to talk about it. Chin has at least allowed windows up on the hot summer months. Been doing more and more Chin, less and less PBOC. Will be there on September 19 for sure!

For the 991.2 GT's the PDK changes are clutch oil - every 12k miles/2 years and for the gear box fluid it's 96k miles/12 years. I think the clutch recommendation now is different then what was in the 991.1 maintenance list.
I think this is different then what was required for the 991.1's Maybe check the two maintenance books to see if it's a change.

If Sebring wasn't a 18 hour tow, I'd be up for the Sept event. Need to do a multi-day.

Unless you want a heat stroke; Yes AC. Plus you don’t get hit in the face and neck by debris..

Both RS should be home in a week or two and I’ll look.

You’re welcome to leave you car with me for the winter, AC, camera’s, 24 hour access, detailing and servicing no problem.

A bit off topic, but it seems best out here. What’s the cost to ship out to France or Germany for both of their 24hr events as well as track days with a 993 Clubby? I’d pick up at the local port I suspect.......

Same here Peter...did dealer once a year 10k oil change...but my annual 12k service will be due in 2800 miles. They told me I have to do brake fluid flush...but I just did that with Motul 660 and I don’t want there Porsche fluid. They also want to take out my new BMC air filter and replace with Porsche paper filter. I told them all I want is oil change...I bring my own and PDK fluid change and spark plugs. They said they can’t do that but will look further into. Jeez!
