Correct, thanks for the extra exposure. Got some nice offers with trades but they weren't right for me. Not so much in the way of cash so obviously a little too high. Or not enough cash in the room. Or waiting for their RS dream car or whatever.
Slightly over MSRP but does have LWB and a few extras you'd put on anyway. If non LWB are at sticker seems this should get a little more. If that's not correct it won't and I'll drive it some more.

I sold my 2015 GT3 to a Porsche dealer back in April for MSRP. He put it on his website for 15k over. I don't know what it ultimately sold for but is was gone 2 days later. Full leather, no LWB, and no lift.

Anyone looking for a really good deal, look no further than 30 minutes north of the border WA/BC border. I was just at my dealership in Vancouver today, dropping off my car for an oil change, and saw 2 2014 GT3s available for sale. They're both very nice looking cars. With the huge discount based on the very low CDN to USD nowadays, you can pick up one of these low km GT3s for about $136K USD plus taxes and probably some import fees if you're in the US! (No affiliation, other than I bought my GT3 from this dealership.)

These threads over the value of a used car are amusing. I'd rather be driving, upgrading, staring at my car than obsessing over classifieds. FWIW, I got rid of of my 991 C4S for for a year old 991 GT3 for $15k under MSRP. Given how awesome the GT3 is, I'd still be happy if I paid MSRP. it completely lives up to the hype.

Looking at cars is fun. The used car prices take car of themselves.
The GT3 is an amazing car no doubt.

I don't think the GT3 pricing will settle so quickly to a normal car status. The RS demanding such premiums is making the 3 a bargain of the century. From my limited car buying experience, I don't recall any of my other cars demanding for MSRP after driving out of the dealers lot. I usually lose 10% in the first 5 minutes.

I'm with you - love my car but a PTS blue is next on the list... just not at 225K. Kicking myself for not doing PTS as i had a slot to do it in 2014 but i felt the wait was too long... then the stop sale happened. Ugh.
