Tre, I am not sure Porsche ever quoted a figure of 2000.

That was the number that was being thrown around upon release when AP was saying that the RS wouldn't be a limited edition, but rather limited by production numbers. The number 2000 then started being used in the initial reviews (e.g., http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/car-rev...s-2015-review/) despite no concrete evidence of how many will be built. We don't even have a thread about monthly sales like we do for the GT3 so RS production numbers seem to be a mystery

Thanks for that link. I expect they will try to satisfy a few more customers and keep building till late summer.

It's a California car and dealer is going to mark up $100k plus unfortunately

Or with Lava Orange stitching ( no cost option & door pull is in LO)
I changed to deviated stitching CXP $5695 (racing yellow) for my pts viper green car.
It wasnt available before, but now is... And I got it changed before the lock

I'm confused here. Were you showing the 997rs just for the colour (SY) or were you trying to trade your UV in for a 991 signal yellow rs? It looked like you were trying to get the SY 997rs.

Very nice. So nice to look inside the car and see all that colorful stitching

Correct, you are. My order is from last summer. Dealer coomunicated a delivery date in Q1 after confirming acceptance of the PTS. From above posts, sounds like I'm not the very last. But still miss a good part of DE season.

That will look awesome.

Seat belts in black or yellow?

Black wheels or platinum?

Plent of yellow inside the car

Pit you cannot specify 6 point belts in yellow.

Wow!! $5700 - is that just to have the stitching in one of the new colors? It's gonna look fantastic but that seems like a lot of coin just to change a color of the thread. That's in Ferrari territory!

I coughed up as well. Not cheap by any means. 2nd most expensive option after PCCB. All they have to do is change the thread from Grey to Yellow. They do it because they can.

Smart choice with the black belts - The Red 6 point belts, if fitted, will not clash.
