Snorting laughing here. They won't match your wheel caps to the body color even though they apparently do that with other cars. But they will build you a one off set of luggage. I'm starting to think that they just are trying to mentally torture us with all of this exclusive back-and-forth BS
Haha tell me about it - I found a lot of road blocks on this side of the pond but when you speak to the correct people, anything is possible! Exclusive is really amazing.
I just got my RS allocation and am deciding between GT silver and UV. Is the UV still commanding significantly more money on resale? If so, why? I suspect that there are less UV cars built? Just wished that they opened up the PTS again...
^ There are so many people thinking this way esp. with late allocations, whatever small premium exists for UV is going to disappear if it hasn't already. Buy the color you want, not something to maximize resale. FWIW, of all four of the standard colors, GT Silver is the least (yes, even over UV.)

Buy the color that's going to put biggest smile on your face when you see it. I don't think any of the standard colors are going to command a big enough premium to offset you not getting the color that puts biggest grin on your face. There seems to be a ton of pts compared to past RS runs. So, you won't see the phenomenon you see in 7.1rs where green and orange carry premiums to black/white/silver. There was no pts then (although white was, technically speaking). So, try orange and especially green carry the pts premiums that the actual pts will carry in 991rs. That's my 2cents. I'm getting uv, but it's because I like it. No delusions it's going to carry a big premium as a standard color when there are plenty of pts in the 991rs run.

Anyways, I've recently fallen in love with these PTS colors, and decided to make a poster out of them! It's a 24"x36", so it's plenty large to print if you're interested. So far I've only got this blue one, but I'll be working on a variety one soon. Let me know what you think! I can post the RGB values I used for each color - though I know some of them may be a bit off.

Great job! This is the perfect example why I love this forum. Would be nice to see Mexico and Riviera adjacent to one another given how close they are.
