Here is a photo from the factory. I also saw what looked to be a gelbgrun RS with green stitching on the line. There was a racing green looking R with silver wheels running around as well.
Nice! Looks like Miami Blue.
Also you might have spotted maxt's Gelbgrün RS! It's due to finish production on the 18th! We'll see if he can confirm the green stitching.
There were a couple yellow cars and if you zoom in, some other blue RS's as well. Quite a few RS's at the factory and on the line. I don't think they were North American though. The green RS wasn't NA either because it didn't look like it was getting robot installed rear glass. Was told the lexan is installed manually.
Yessssssss!!! It was mine!! Acid green stitching...I guess it is real then and hopefully should be at the dealer next week!
Lovely lovely lovely!!
I hope it was yours. Sorry I couldn't get a photograph. It was at Station 17 (I believe) where the robots measure the cars and install the glass. It was pretty much a base body with the dash board installed and that was about it. You can tell the RS's on the line because of the turbo vents and no front fenders yet. I was told the lexan windows are installed manually because the robots aren't delicate enough.

Very useful and thanks for letting me know!
I'm quite sure it is mine as it is supposed to exit production line on the 18th and will make sense it was at that stage on Friday...hopefully not many gelbgrun will have green stitching too!
