No idea. I put my deposit down 18 months ago. According to my dealer aside from the 918 guys I'm first one on the list. I think this has something to do with the delay on the seats. Initially they thought I would get the car in October. Timing seems about right.

I unfortunately don't have an answer. I'll sum up my string of questions and comments over the last couple months that lead to today. So after the Geneva announcement I promptly went to my dealer to ask how many allocations they received. Of course at the time they only had the 1 for their only 918 customer. After I later read the postings about the "regular" allocations being given out, I once again went to my dealer to ask about whether they received 1 since I was the 1st person to put a name/deposit on an RS list a couple years ago. Without really knowing how my dealer does its internal business, and I was told that I had an allocation despite not having a V200 build date, I was concerned that there really was no allocation since RLs were posting their V200 statuses. And even more concerned when they asked, and I complied with placing a 2nd deposit.

So I went on religiously monitoring this thread with hopes raised each time a rumor was shared about a possible new round. Skip ahead to 2 weeks ago, I paid my dealer another visit since I was nearby. He told me that he was expecting details for the 4Q builds that the allocation he told me was mine when I put down the 2nd deposit fell in. Skip to this morning and I get an email about my build date and expected delivery date.

Long story, but the bottom line is that this may be another round or perhaps allocations that were in reserve(?). I just can't explain how my dealer knew he had a 4Q allocation back in late March but didn't have a build date like the dozens of RLs in this thread who have Nov builds indicated back in March/April. There isn't a lot of transparency like I've seen with other manufacturers, or it could just be my local dealer(?). I'd suggest inquiring with your dealer as there may be some 4Q allocations that are being released now.

I am not aware of any second round allocations at this point.

I also talked to my dealer here in Norway today about my concern of the 10 weeks delay People talkes about here on the forum. He still says that it will not effect my delivery date (midle of july) because I have an early build month (may). Hope he is right...........!!!

....yesterday I also heard a build contract changed hands for 79.000 EURO in Europe.

As told,saturday morning i went to my dealer to understand more on the delivery.

Car will end production 21 July,then will go to Exclusive for two/three days(black wheels,painted key),then will be ready to pick up from the truck.
We think the truck will take and delivery to the dealer the car last week of July,so hope the 2 august to take it home,then i can enjoy it for 8 days before to go away for ten days(holidays) without the car

The date of end production is confirmed,and he tell me really diffcult can change...

Not interested in the bucket delay?
well i don't know,he tell me the second car he wait for end August delivery,now is delayed to November delivery...i don't ask why mine is nod delayed for fear of the answer...


finger crossed for these 2 months and half of waiting,after the last 2 years ...

V200 with expected delivery in Oct/Nov. (per my salesrep)

My dealership told me that the issue with the seat's is more impacting the Cayman Gt4 / Spyder vs. the RS ... not sure what that means but expect we will see if more delay's on the early built cars.
