Another thread at the 991 gt3 forum was started by someone looking for one
of the 'Modegrau' gt3s....and it turned up some interesting bits of additional
information on these 'Fashion Grey' gt3s:

Hi all. I'm looking for a Fashion Grey 991 GT3. I'd post this in the classified section but can't figure out how to do a WTB. I know there was a Fashion Grey in Houston this week but I missed it. Need to have Axle Lift. Prefer to have PCCB and LWB but am flexible on both. Appreciate any leads.
Popped up on eBay located in Virginia:

If the seller is here, take some better photos or hire someone that knows how. Direct afternoon sunlight does not do this color any justice.

Did you say fashion grey?!! Excellent!
Sadly, PTS was short-lived for the 991 GT3, and AFAIK, only 2 people ordered GT3s in fashion grey while the window remained open a crack: one in Wisconsin, and mine (in Canada). Then there were 10 or 11 other "special" cars delivered to dealerships more or less "as is" in fashion grey with essentially identical specs (https://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3-...grey-gt3s.html). So, slim pickings, but here's what I know of their specs.
The specs on the 10/11 include lift, but alas, no LWB or PCCB. Some of these are as yet publicly unaccounted for, but may be sold for all we know. However, farfromcommongt3 installed LWBs (but no PCCB) in his (originally destined for Stevens dealership), I believe, and it IS for sale! Anonymous918 has one which began life as one of the "extra" cars, it seems, but he has superpowers us mere mortals don't have, and he was able to get a number of factory changes made to the standard spec, including lots of extra leather interior options and PCCB (but no LWB). That leaves the Wisconsin car, which was/is owned by a Reick Beiersdorf (not on RL that I am aware), but his does not have PCCB, and I do not think it has LWB either (not sure on that though, as spec never made public). And... mine. So far, it seems mine is the only fashion grey 991 GT3 built with PCCB and LWB. Sadly, it's probably not what you are looking for. For one, it wasn't really my intention to sell. And there are other issues, not the least of which is the car is in Canada, and would need to be imported to the US if you were serious. PM me if you want to talk more. In the meantime, feel free to browse my photos in this thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3-...ey-thread.html.

Mckenna in NORWALK, CA received a Fashion gray "extra" car in the 10-11 batch that were released last spring. That car also had PCCB's. I am not sure about LWB. But as was said before you are chasing hens teeth and unicorns. I am surprised you have the leads that have already popped up here. My GT3 is here for a long hold. Obviously Rennlust is the place to go for chasing dreams.

Does anybody know where that super sexy dark blue PTS RS 4.0 picture is? It was posted along with a picture of a classic Porsche in the same color. I'm really considering that being my next color.

I know about that recent birch green RS that had matching stitching. But has anyone heard of Porsche doing matching stitching or piping on a PTS colour (for a mere mortal, not someone owning 918 and GT etc)? For example, a mint green PTS car with mint green deviated stitching?

Thankfully, no!
'Porsche Exclusive' has a list of deviating threads available for stitching
in their interiors. It's not very extensive. In the .1 991 gt3 rs, they have
just added eight deviating stitching colors to the two initially available on
that model. I suspect those that are new colors (e.g. 'Acid Green') will
be available soon as deviating stitching colors too on the MY2017 .2 991
models!

LOL. I figured people would have an opinion about it I was thinking it would be a fun colour (and seriously loud) on an RS. My inspiration was this 964. I was trying to figure out a nice way to tie the exterior to the interior. I guess it's just black stitching and painted interior trim then!
PS. Thanks Eduardo!

Mint green looks great on the 964! It's. interesting that sometimes the paint color from the older era doesn't always transfer to the new cars - in my eyes any way. Problems is, I don't know until it's tried!!

^ Agreed, not the greatest on a regular 991. But check out this rendering! Since this car is only ever going to see the track, I don't mind it looking like something out of a cartoon.
and a real one! (i think)
