Default OT: My 3 girls, Butch, Pretty and Speedy

Since we are all car enthusiasts, I wanted to share pics of my i8 but didn't want to get reminded it's the wrong forum etc so the GT3 is in the shoot!
The i8 is one of the most amazing cars I have ever owned. The technology (carbon fiber reinforced plastic shell, recycled and green energy aluminum, magnesium dash, recycled material lining the AC ducts for quietness, the beautiful synchrony between the electric motor and the combustion engine, the recycled thermoplastic body panels, the incredibly low CD, etc etc adds to the beauty of this engineering marvel. The car drives like a dream. Because CFRP is so stiff, the suspension is not, making for a sure footed albeit compliant ride. It is my daily driver. Fear not, if I am forced at gunpoint to choose only one, the GT3 is still my favorite babe. Enjoy the pics.

Beautiful cars, Sam. How is the i8 to drive? Does it feel fast? How does it handle? The tech is amazing, for sure.

Pretty cool to have the culmination of one (NA) era and the dawn of another (electric) side by side. Please let us know more about the ride in the i8. I have only driven a Tesla S and felt it was a very different feeling to most other cars I've been in. Thanks for posting your photos! Enjoy!

Great looking car! It does go to show, it's not how you look, it's how you feel! It's a beauty! Thanks for showing it off!

Sam - I may catch crap for this but the I8 is the best looking of the three. No doubt; it is not a Gt3 but it is really and eye catcher. Congrats. It is nice on a Sunday morning deciding which vehicle you would like to take out for an hour. Three completely different cars/personalities but nice to have choices.
