Yeah, I suspect the only time it won't be a slow trickle is if they decide to increase MY2016 production into calendar year 2016 (so far, no production starts are planned beyond December 2015). If that happens, they might dish out a sizable batch again.

I doubt it. But I do hope.

I haven't heard of any additional allocs coming out after the initial 918 and first wave(s).

Everything that's "trickled in" has either been dealers (GM's or GSM's) sitting on allocs without giving them out immediately, then finally handing them out to folks who were on the wait list, or regional reps sitting on some allocs, and then handing them out sparingly to dealers that meet certain sales quotas (as a reward).

No...but my dealer only expects two...#1 was allocated more than a month ago..1st wave. #2, me...is still patiently waiting.

Don't mess with PTS on this one. You have good timing for ED.

Take the Barney and put in an order for another allocation in next wave. Drive Barney while you wait for PTS delivery then sell Barney for more than you paid.

Expect next round of allocations 4Q15 with deliveries in 1Q16.

I believe you can't pick 'em (like you can with the 981.1 Cayman GT4). They're Black for all colors but UV; for UV they're Silver.

Pete. UV works well with all the black detailing IMO. I think it's a good choice...

I'm not delaying ED for PTS anymore, I'm running out of time and have tracks to hit in Europe. I will get final pickup date today I was promised (Tik tak).. Oct - Nov - Dec is short enough time to hit as many tracks as possible in the allowable 4000 miles... I considered December / January PTS for second wave allocations but the weather could be just as bad over the Alps until April.... I'll get a GT4 and do it again if I cant get it out of my system this fall.

I may end up with a GT4 if the PDK thing gets old. Going to Atlanta after next week to test drive one with LWB :-)

Both to drive and look at, its the new Fiat. looks and priced obnoxious in any color.. Seen the wing, I mean the wing! Corvette like black air intakes everywhere.. Only to drive it will still feel like a Porsche according to the writers and video's and it wont fall apart on track.

Purple because you cant see yellowing clear bra, matches intakes better without completely hiding the car with black and black wheels. The wheels are crazy and beautiful in real life, I have to go silver!
