I'm sticking with LO. Based on the rush to UV it might end up unique

I'm still getting the Henry Ford special......Black.......but UV does look good. i have a feeling this car is going to look much better in the flesh. Video and pictures just aren't going to do this car justice.

You may have to do that as well as pay a premium anyway.

After I get to drive it they could probably paint it pink and I would still like it.

Anyone notice that in the configurator, when you select UV you get silver wheels but that option is not selected ... as soon as you select Wheels Painted Silver the wheels actually change to a darker finish -- still Silver but seems matte ... Maybe the configurator is "backwards" ...

Its called Matte Aluminum to match the uprights, exclusive to the UV.

Porsche ED called today that they will reconfirm pickup date tomorrow and if they change again they will be responsible for the cost?
So its a locked in guaranteed date and I can start booking track days over the weekend between Monaco F1
PTS department let me know today that they will know more Tuesday. But this looks nice to me.

Passed the Florida sun color test, I'll try again with sunrise light :-)

Thanks TRAKCAR.

I wish I had gotten one of those, I'll have to make due with the 1:43 ...

my dealership has been allocated 4 RS. Unfortunately I am in 5th spot. I apologize in advance for asking but is there any truth to a second allocation?

The UV continues to be a hugely intriguing color. Most of the latest images and videos makes me think back to the Midnight Purple 3 color that was used on the R34 GTR, the biggest difference being the purposeful different color stages (dark blue -> purple) effect. I really wish I didn't have such a fascination with orange since that color represents my 1st RS experience (997.1) because I honestly believe UV is THE color to get. Bold, striking and capable of being menacing at night!

Am I the only one who loves the fact that these reviews say things like "doesn't suffer fools" and "it won't tolerate a loss of concentration"? Love the idea that yes this will be a drivers car but also a bit of an edge to it. Long live the 911 mystique even if it is a modern version

+1...I don't think there is specific timing for a second wave of allocations like the first wave. They will trickle to various dealers at PCNA's leisure.
