Race Car
Has anybody noticed on the configurator for the UK the PCCBs are 350mm front and rear ...Usa seems to state 410/390... I wonder if 19" after market rims will clear the 350mm rotors... Would increase the options for Tyres ...my UK specd turbo s has 410/390 so seems strange gt3 rs has smaller 359/350 or is this done deliberately for race rims/ tyres

This morning I've got the chance to go to Monza (where official Porsche racing team was testing RSR, GT3-R and a Cayman GT4 which probably will be the racing version for the Cayman Cup) to have a look to the RS spotted yesterday.
Where to start from? Well...forget all the pictures you saw till now!!!
On the road the car looks absolutely stunning!!!!
It is perfectly proportioned, it doesn't look tall neither in the front nor in the right, rear wheels don't look too big as in some pictures, the black plastic parts don't look cheap and are well armonized with the body.
It was very dirty but I've got a good impression of GT silver, much better than in pictures seen before, perfect for somebody who looks for understatement...but I do believe this baby deserve a sexy dress, so orange or PTS
I spoke with two drivers who drove the car to the circuit, one could be Michael Christensen but I didn't recognize the other although it was a familiar face, I asked about the car and the answer was "AMAZING"...with a very persuasive face expression , really a huge step forward!
They told me this is the very first exemplar coming out the factory, just 700 km hence no fast laps in Monza but simply checking that everything works fine...so no more fine tuning about set-up or what else, everything is ready. Asked also about lava orange and they said that outside it's very close to tangerine.
Here some pictures

Sadly, if I end up succeeding with PTS, and I get Maritime Blue, I'll be stuck with Silver stitching (no silver inserts, can't stand those). I'll do Yellow seat belts with that spec, so that's at least somethin'.
