^ The specs are fresh on my mind...You may want to order the Smoker Package also since it gets you a door on the pocket instead of an open pocket...

Any feedback is appreciated.
Skip SC and PCCBs if you care anything about residuals. SC can easily be written off as it costs so little, but historically gt3 buyers do not want the ugly, useless dash wart. Less ugly this time around, but still not pretty and more importantly, rather useless.

Just an fyi to the Houston peeps. I contacted Momentum about allocations, but never heard back from the guy I called...other than an email that said "I HAVE TO GET YOU ON THE LIST." NS Sherlock, that's what I called you about.

North is getting 8 allocations through 2014, and unfortunately, I am deeper than that on their list. Hopefully some people flake, but to be fair, Houston is fixing to rip up some streets (Shepherd) in my neighborhood, so a little wait won't kill me.

Gonna be a longgg wait.

Just checking in here to see if all the whining has died down from threatened 997 GT3 owners (the main reason I don't post much here). Anyway, number 2 at my dealer, white with only two options: the axle lift and leather interior.

Seeing the car in person running up the hill at Goodwood was amazing!

I got on the Momentum list with deposit in March. Price is MSRP, spec yet to be finalized. Think I was #4 at that time. Have not been able to get timing confirmed yet, but repeated assurances I will get the car in 2014. I can wait, maybe by some miracle, sport buckets become available before I lock the spec. Will see.

Finalized my spec for a November build yesterday.. Salesman states Porsche will want to deliver and invoice for these early builds by the end of the year, makes perfect sense. I'm expecting to see it around Christmas give or take a few days..

White (decided to match my last 2 RSs identically, still love the look)
Full leather
PCCB
Silver wheels
Extended range tank
PDLS
Dimming mirrors
Headlight clnr in ext color
Seat heating
Luggage net
Smoking pack
Sport seats 4 way
Yellow belts
Carbon interior incl console
Pedals in aluminum
Sound pack
Sport chrono
Xm and HD
Nav
$151,980

For leasing (MRM) Max Residual is $151,100 so I'm slightly over by an insignificant amount.
Anything under is residualized at 63% over term.. Probably 24-27 months w 5k mi per yr
Anything over is 100% over term

Ill keep my RS for heavy track use... Plan to be the first 991 GT3 at Mid-Ohio next spring for a few lapping days.

Is this a Porsche lease? If so, are they giving specifics?

You can lease a GT3 this time around?

I have no interest, just curious.

Congrats to both of you. I should have moved sooner.

Lease programs are avail... Should see some numbers this coming wk I'm told. Strong residual at 63% if leasing is an option.

GT3s to my knowledge have always had lease programs historically, RSs have never been leasable thru P..

I'm also considering the LED's. What convinced you to order them?
