Hi Dude, Westchester County NY dealer is actually in Ct. Car will be similar to your avatar; Agate Grey, Platinum wheels, black leather interior, no ceramic brakes though as I'm concerned about replacement costs with some track use.

You have great taste. Lol. I'm in NYC and my dealer still don't know anything about the build dates yet. Getting paranoid is the word that comes to mind.

Dude,

If I were you I'd go to the dealer and have an in person conversation with the sales manager or GM and discuss how many allocations they have received and where you are on the list. Myself, and I believe the other Q4 build people on this forum have had our orders in for a couple of weeks.

I'm afraid the train has left the station regarding allocations. I'd have an aftermarket strategy now.

Agreed, with exception to 'pool' cars given to some dealers.

Pool cars are few, maybe one or two at most, and for the reps entire geographical region. There are almost certainly no pool cars at this time.

Plus, they usually go to their best customers, not newcomers.

I have found the pool cars to dished out to the smaller dealers as well. My dealer has benefited from two of them over the last 4 years and they typically get one allocation per run. But yes, pool cars are few.

My dealers says I'm next on line so I have to assume I'm 1Q. PNA was kind enough to invite me to Monticello this weekend so I'm looking forward to learn what porsche is about. I may just come back with a cayan after drinking some kool aid.

Every dealer has the ability to invite their potential customers (space is limited). Its basically a show and tell for porsche on their new products driven on a racetrack.
I was offered by PNA not the dealer. They were the one's who help me build the car not the dealer.

Very complete build, Ryan. It will be a great, terrific looking car. Just a small suggestion (even though you didn't ask for any ). You might consider doing the Interior Package in Leather ($790) and Center Console Trim in Leather ($300) which covers the brushed aluminum trim. In my mind, having both the red deviating stitching and the aluminum trim might make the interior look a bit busy with conflicting design elements vying for attention. Without the aluminum trim, the red stitching would be even more dramatic. Just a thought. Personally I skipped the red stitching and felt the aluminum trim and gray stitching would work OK together. All completely subjective, of course.
