Trying to compare these two 2018, 991.2 GT3 Tourings. Both are 6 speeds. Both are at dealers, come with Porsche CPO warranties.
Car 1:
Local, test drove it. Fell in love.
White
Full PPF.
14k miles
PCCB, Front Axle lift, etc. Only thing missing are the sport buckets. Comes with the 14 way adjustables.
$219k.
Car 2:
Located in Florida
Silver
2k miles
Comes with front axle lift, sport buckets. Only thing missing on this one are the PCCB.
$209k.
Add an additional $2k to get it shipped to me.
Essentially trying to decide between these two cars. My ideal car would have both the buckets and the PCCB. I'm partial to white or silver.

Get one with LWB.
Easier to get aftermarket ceramic rotors (even OEM PCCB) than it is to source an OEM set of LWB, which are like unicorn tears.

I’m pretty sure I know of the two cars you’re talking about. I recently bought a Touring and seriously considered the GT silver car. I think that’s the car to get. If it’s the white car I’m thinking of, it has the rubber dash which cheapens the interior IMO. The GT silver car also has carbon buckets and 2k miles, practically a new car.

PCCBs over the buckets all day. Plus white over silver as well. Easy call.

All 991 tourings come with a manual transmission. Porsche didn’t make PDK an option in the touring until they released the 992.
Obviously this is a very personal decision. Which one has more of your must have options? For example, a 911 without full leather would be a non starter for me. Some don’t care. How many owners, all up to date on major service, etc. These cars can be hard to come by but they will continue to come up for sale. Don’t compromise and get the one that has everything you want. Good luck!

This is subjective, but I would prefer to have leather dash over rubber, the white one also does not have PDLS, not a huge deal. I'd pass on the white one, and get the silver one with 12K miles less. If PCCB's are a must, then wait until the right one comes along.

Given OP didn’t mention the dash material, it doesn’t sound like a priority. Buckets are such a big part of the driving experience so if you really want them, then you’ll be disappointed every time you step into the sofas, whereas iron brakes are more than adequate for pretty much 99% of road and track driving, depending on how capable you are. As mentioned above, you could always convert if you really wanted. I’d take the silver one all day every day. It’s up to OP to decide what’s important, wait for the right car if you have to.

As new & CPO GT Silver option for sure. Please do it quick so I can stop considering trading my equivalent spec winged GT Silver for it.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Car 2, assuming you fit well in buckets. Try them out first to be sure. Also I would want a leather dash.
