Eventually the cars end up in the hands of someone who will keep them for a long time as opposed to being in dealer inventory. They are definitely keepers!

I'll be there probably in my 718 Spyder if the weather is nice ... otherwise the GT3 (winged by Manthey)

I'll be there and likely displaying the Guards 965. Should be a fun day

Bull market is over and less tempting to sell.

Warm weather coming.

How many can go on for sale anyway. It’s a small club.

OT I know, curious about the color of the 993TT - it does not look like Arena Red - what is it?

It’s actually a 993 C4S (so it’s got the TT widebody) that I converted to RWD and transplanted RS suspension components/LWFW among other things. Color is Arena Red - it can look a lot different depending on the lighting. Bright light makes it almost look purple.

Don’t worry about the mileage. I’d buy a 15k with more confidence (assuming service history) over a 5k car. When these cars are used for short trips water builds up in the oil (anyone who’s done an oil change themselves particularly on air cooled cars with large oil capacities would know what I’m talking about). Cars that are stored for extended periods end up with cam pitting due to exposure to the atmosphere. A car with low mileage usually fits into one of there categories.

Definitely a keeper, I'm planning on a 1500 mile round trip drive down the coast of Washington and Oregon and into Nevada with my Dad. Some quality bonding time between two car nuts. Banging out each 12 hour drive in one day. Back will be toast and legs numb but it will be so worth it.
