Swapped my carbon fiber for PFC calipers, rotors and pads (11) with Endless fluid. Used AP Radical w/ 3.12 pads and endless on last car but Essex wouldn’t sell me hats and brackets so I could transfer calipers to new car…
Giro, DS3.12 and SRF
No issues here either. The Giro rings are a bit cheaper than the APs to replace over time, and they also don't get the J Hook groove that develops at the center of the ring. Only downside is their anodizing discolors quite a bit on the hats with track use.
The 3.12s are a great pad, extremely good modulation and they work well within a corner or two. I think the initial bite is a bit lacking with stickier tires compared to some other compounds, especially if you have upgraded aero. However, the lack of extensive warm up needed makes up for that since I mainly do time trial events with the car.
We have customer's running both the Girodisc and AP Racing Rotors with good success. You can't go wrong either way but we tend to sell more Girodisc so we have several sets in stock at our warehouse located right next to VIR.
We generally use the Ferodo DS3.12 for race tires but we also have suggested or DS1.11's or Pagid RSL29's (yellows) for longer wear.
I have a 991.2 manual GT3 that I manage and store for a client, he is running Girodisc and DS3.12's and runs 2:00 lap times on VIR full on Cup 2R's. The 991.2 GT3 is probably my favorite car.
--Aaron Customer's 991.2 RS with DS3.12 and J-hooks, the car had 189 miles on it when I did the conversion (and rollbar). Nothing beats working on a new car, especially the brakes!
What are people using? Experienced driver, virtually all track use. Don't care about squeal. Thanks!
AP Racing J Hook Discs- They are slightly more expensive than alternative options on initial purchase, but in back-to-back testing on our fleet customers' cars have proven to provide the most miles (and smiles) per dollar. We couple them with either Ferodo DS1.11 (street tires) or DS3.12 (race tires), which we source directly from Italy. I believe our discs are also the lightest on the market, and the aluminum hats don't change to a maroon color due to track heat as easily as some of the competing options. We have all the components on hand to build and ship you a set of discs immediately. You can see lots of reviews from satisfied owners on our blog: https://www.essexparts.com/news-blog
We are also long-time Rennlist sponsors who have been supporting the Porsche community for years (I also own two Porsches if that counts for anything ). Let us know how we can help.

I've been using Giro + Ferodo 3.12 + RBF 600. I cracked a Giro recently, seemed tad bit too soon, so gotta pay a bit more attention to cooldown I guess.
Been getting the pads from Essex, no issues, quick shipping, I'd recommend.
