I paid $260k for this. How stupid am I?

Enjoy in good health. These are not investments per se but that is a steep price you paid for a 991.1 3RS. Amazing vehicle and not much "different" vs. a 991.2 based on my experience having owned both. The first gen was more "raw" which is appealing in a way for a track car.
In any case, a spirited drive in this car will remind you that those moments are actually priceless and if it was an objective/goal of yours to have this vehicle, congratulations. You can always make more money and its not a loss until you sell.

eh worse things can happen, enjoy!
(and I'll sell you mine with FAL for 240k lol)
Does it have buckets? On a serious note, whoever sold you that car for 260k is not your friend.

I've got a nearly identical build (sans black wheels for platinum silver); I smile every day I drive it and the thought of the price never comes across my mind. I personally think the 16' RS is an under-rated car that Porsche got a lot of things right (not refined as much as the newer gen's, and amazing when lean into it). Enjoy the new purchase!

.1 RS front-end is easier on the eyes than the .2 RS, just IMHO. The car seems to check all of your boxes and it looks like you didn't settle - this factor alone makes it justifiable in my eyes. You can always make more money.

Price have been rising rapidly ($30K plus) in the past few weeks - even for junk. Give the competition, and current condition, you were no more than 10% high, if that. That doesn't equate to being very stupid, perhaps a little impulsive.
There was this one on BAT a few days ago (for comparison) and it didn't have mag wheels.

The world is figuring out that inventories are low, production is slow...... and wants continue.
You have a nice car (get an extended warranty) and time will bail you out.

just bought a 991 GT3RS. I wanted a low mileage RS in either black or white. This one has 2,400 miles. There are quite a few higher mileage RS’s out there for $205-220k with multiple owners but I didn’t really wanna pay that for a track car with 8-10k miles already on it.
Like 3 people tried to buy this car as I was on the phone debating on putting down a deposit so I said f*ck it. No FAL.. no PCCB’s..no smokers package. I don’t necessarily regret it cause this is my dream car but I think I definitely ripped myself off. The car gets delivered next week so maybe I’ll forget all about it once I drive it for the first time and take it to the mountains/track.
