Valid point....... not worth selling my great GT3 with clean records for a salvaged. title RS.... seen trading lower then MSRP but still not seeing many listings sub 200k yet.... will keep waiting and watching.

Looks like the owner actually used this car.

No way they’ll get $230k for a modified track car with 10k miles. $230k is at the very upper end of the market. Maybe $230k if it was a totally stock car with delivery miles.

I guess it could be a good car for someone who was unable to order one of these new and now has the opportunity to get essentially a brand new one with no stories at all. Asking price is $185k.

This one is back up for sale apparently on car gurus. Now $164k. Seems like a scam to me.

Not sue where you are getting that these were trading for almost 100k over MSRP when new. I remember the PTS cars with asks of 50k over but that’s about it.

My local dealer offered me an early 2016 allocation for $100k over MSRP. I declined however because I thought it was absolutely crazy. Dealers around me in the Bay Area that had allocations were also asking $100k over MSRP and dealers asking closer to MSRP had a massive wait list. The market did cool off towards the end of production. Maybe $50k over for very late build cars if lucky.
PTS car (the first batch of PTS cars from late 2015 were trading for even more than this, more like $150k-$200k over):

That wasn’t the case where I’m from and I got my ‘16 at MSRP although they were selling over just not the numbers you show, Maybe those were early asks in the Bay Area and I don’t know what they actually sold for.

Generally in the more high demand areas such as the Bay Area, LA, NYC, Miami, etc the ADM’s tend to be extremely high. Had my name down at a few other dealers for small ADM or MSRP outside these hotspots, but the dealers were too small to get enough cars in and I had no relationship with them whatsoever prior.

I’m from the Miami/ Ft lauderdale area and yes these areas tend to have higher asking prices than other areas.

Surprised you guys missed this one... was on Autotrader for a day and I was lucky to grab it... it will see the track often so the Gulf livery was perfect! Cage, and GMG exhaust already in it...2700 miles from Florida
