I got lucky. I wasn't actively shopping for an RS, just happened that a nice one was offered to me at a fair price. I really like the color, but with the color, big wing, and loud sounds, the car draws plenty of attention on the road, so need to be really careful about where and when I can do spirited driving.

when I read this could not help myself, I thought, as someone has been preaching on RL for a while , that these cars are only meant for the track , so you do spirited driving on the roads
I am pleasantly surprised

The 3RS is a car I can enjoy on the road because the car feels alive even at reasonable speeds, turns in well, and has decent mid-range torque, but I still enjoy the 991.2 TTS more as a road car, so I wouldn't buy a 3RS unless I was planning to track it. I know that I may be in the minority in this aspect.

Since the pandemic began, I've been teleworking, so I try to go for a daily drive just to get out of the house. The area north of me is mostly rural and has a lot of good driving roads.

Would like to thank everyone in this thread. I did end up with the car. It is Mexico Blue and the PPI came back super clean. DME report only had a one and a two. Nothing in the 3, 4, 5, or 6 range. It is super clean with full body PPF. Even the windshield had PPF which will be coming off, just don’t like looking through it.
The 911 is at its new home and is getting a little bit of service (new exhaust) with the help of my little one.
For a Data point. 991.2 GT3, Manual, PTS Mexico blue, sofas, ceramics, extended range tank, front axle lift, fire extinguisher, light design headlights, Bose, leather dash, sports chrono, painted keys in Mexico Blue, Carbon fiber package, carbon door sills, and I’m sure lots I’m leaving off. The MSRP was just a hair under $189k. Bought for $181900.00 with 25k miles.

Just got a heads up from a friend of mine at a BMW dealer that just took a 5k mile 991.2 w/ buckets (PDK) on trade this weekend. Sounds like they're going to move it off to a Porsche dealer here in NC.
If somebody wants an inside track shoot me a PM today and I'll put you in touch with him. I'd get it for myself right now if I could.
Edit: Looks like it sold rather quickly. Big shocker.
