That is not true. You need seat time to be good and comfortable on track. Seat time does not include AX experience.
Once you are good on track, you start all over when you race. Going double or triple wide in a turn is not something you experience in HPDE.

Generally, you pay for what you break. There's no on track liability. If someone dumps coolant in front of you and you go into armco, it's your fault.
Is that what you mean?
If you're making a pass and someone swerves into you to avoid, say wildlife, they don't pay for your damage

If someone backs into your car in the paddock....file a lawsuit..make them pay. ha

Any Canadian residents have their insurance extended by OpenTrack yet? I know US residents have.
