What's up gang, who's heading to Carmel this week? I've got one more work trip to NY, then land back west on wed when our yearly gearhead-gasm vacation starts. I'll be staying at Carmel Valley Ranch with pagani crew and my party schedule looks something like..
Arrive-Singer-Bentley-Aston-mclaren-werks-quail-private dinner-lagunasecahistorics-Pagani dinner sat-concours sun-home. Basically.. I'm going to try to fit everything in 4 days. Anyone else have trouble with decisions like this also?
I may be in loaner cars but also riding down my UNA bike from SF to get around this year and slide through the sometimes miles-long lines. Unorthodox maybe, but i know quite a few peeps bringing bikes & scooters to get around this year to get around the traffic.
if your plans match up and you want to hang, DM me. despite the sports car market downturn, there are going to be some significant new car intros this year... and it's always a sensory overload regardless.
Post pics here... my personal goal is to beat this experience from 2 years ago somehow...
Here's my schedule. There is never enough time to get everything in. Highlight for me is the Werks Reunion (same time as quail) PG Rally and RMSOTHEBYS action to see the type 64 sell for many millions.
Thursday:
Morning - Canepa Tour with 000magazine then head to Carmel / Ocean Ave. For car lineup.
Baja Cantina (if time allows to get back to
Check in Monterey Marriott)
RMSothebys Auction Cocktail Party 4:30-5:30 view all lots.
Friday:
Werks Reunion
PG Rally
RMSothebys Auction
Saturday:
Big Sur Morning Drive to get Breakfast (not sure where)
Afternoon - Aquarium with son and or Laguna Seca
Sat Night - RM Sotheby's Auction - Monterey Convention Center

I'm local and have been attending the events for many, many, years now. Hopefully I'll run in to some of you as I'm new to Rennlist but not to Porsche (sorta).
For me, I’ll hit up Canepa, maybe Baja or Montrio in the evening with the Mrs, then Werks and possibly then an “Avenue” event. Folktale sprinkled in between.....
I'll be at Werks in the corral and the Historics. We camp on track. Might go to an auction, otherwise we hang out at the historics and have fun there. This year been working on a portable slot car track to bring to the campground, we're just geeks! We are up in the corkscrew view camping area if anyone wants to stop by. Otherwise hope to see a lot of you at Rennworks- there might be two of the three Pastel Orange .2 GT3's there- mine is the manual.

Omg this is crack.. slot cars at the corkscrew?.. are you kidding me?:. I'll make the trek
I'll be there tomorrow and Friday. Another friend has set the schedule, but I know we'll be at Baja Cantina Thursday night, and Werks on Friday. Weather looks to be very nice...can't wait!!!
