Default Performance Testers Wanted: Dundon 991.1 GT3RS and 991.2 GT3RS Power Package

When testing the 991.2 GT3RS we quickly identified an inefficiency in the intake system. A few things to note:

1. The Car is 520hp from the factory
2. The Airfilter box is from a 991.1 Carrera S
3. The Throttle Body is 82mm, the same it's been since the 996 GT3
4. Neither the 996 GT3 now the Carrera S are 520hp...

Further the 991.1 and 991.2 RS are designed with side intake scoops to "Ram" air into the intake tract and center plenum. So any restriction or "friction" in this path will prevent the car from reaching it's full power potential.

Here's the Dundon 991.2 GT3RS Street Power Package:
(and Thanks Alekshop in NorCal for the picture!)
1. Dundon Catted Street Headers (Race Headers can also be used, but a Lifetime muffler or Crack Pipe is required)
2. Dundon Dual Reverse Cone Airbox
3. Dundon Wide Mouth Center Plenum
4. 93mm Throttle Body and Adapter Harness

Thanks Alekshop for the nice photo!

Here's the result on our dyno with a 991.2 GT3RS, keeping in mind that the benefit of the parts is when the car is moving! Peak Gains are about 25-28whp

Bottom is Stock, Middle is Street Headers, Top is Complete Power Package

We're looking for some before and after testers of this kit or variants (race headers, loud muffler, crack pipe etc...) to do before and after GPS Performance Monitor testing (we'll even provide the GPS monitor that you can keep). The benefit for you being that you get the parts at a discount, the benefit for us is that we get more data from all over the country of the cars on the road where they perform the best.

In exchange for Before 0-60, 60-130 or whatever you can provide safely on a back road, race track, drag strip etc... we'll give you 10% off up front.

We're using a small device that pairs with your phone

https://dragymotorsports.com

We have both 991.1 RS and 991.2 RS installed with no CEL issues.

Dundon Street Headers: $7295
Dundon Dual Reverse Cone Airbox: $4795
Dundon Center Plenum and 93mm TB: $3195

After total discount: $13756.00 Plus shipping
You can add a Lifetime muffler to the mix if you like, or choose Race Headers, Lifetime Muffler/CrackPipe (no CEL)

This is comparable to other companies complete exhaust systems that don't give anywhere near this level of performance...

This deal isn't on our website, I will have to put an invoice together for you.

I assume this won’t work with the final batch of 3RS with PF and ITBs?

Can't say it's cheap - but it's very exciting.

This is with tune or no tune? If no tune, how come no CEL w the race headers?

How much of this will be applicable to the non RS .2?

Given my pro driving skillz, I've concluded that the lack of power is the only thing holding me back from winning laptimes

The headers will fit, you will need a GT3 muffler or one of our mufflers. The Dual Cone Airbox will fit. We need to see the center plenum, we’ve been trying to order these parts from Porsche and they’re not in the US system (normally even European variants will be in the us system)

We believe Porsche will just use the existing stock center plenum and therefore having a larger flow path will be beneficial. But until we can see the parts is hard to say for sure.

We do have a customer in Austria installing our street headers on his 991.3 GT3RS so will update once we know more.

No tune and no CEL. That said if you drive the car on the street at all there isn’t a big performance benefit to race headers over our Street Headers and keeping cats on the car is really pleasant.

Good on Dundon. This and the Obsessed Garage video will go a long way. Would be great to compare Dundon headers and others on the same dyno on the same car on the same day.

Do you have the black muffler? I'm doing this entire package + the black (loud) muffler. I'm excited to try it out!

I drove Jamie's lab rat RS with these goodies on it. Pretty wicked. The crack sound on upshifts is giggle inducing.

Data is starting to trickle in. A few customers that just got the full street kit for their 991.2 GT3RS, others that just sent us 100-200kph times with the kit installed.

Let me know if any stragglers want int, once the data starts coming in we'll go back to the normal Package discount...
