Default PTS Light Ivory GT3 Touring has arrived!

The journey has been a long one, but the wait was well worth it. My light ivory GT3 Touring finally arrived yesterday and was shipped down to Moe Mistry in OC this afternoon (for full body wrap, window tinting and painting of the antenna wart and spray nozzles to PTS). I put my name on the allocation request list for a (then winged) GT3 in 2017. It was a wild ride even before putting the key fob into the ignition. Thanks to all RL members for your insight and help over the years for both my Touring and for my GTS. Surfing RL (several times a day) is one of the highlights of my day, every day. Here are some pre-Moe pictures and I will add pictures from Moe's shop and the final product, after Moe and his team have worked their magic. The houndstooth were aftermarket (Rennwerkstatt) and OEM. Sascha (the owner of Rennwerkstatt) used to work for the Cxx department at Porsche in Stuttgart, so he has connections for getting factory parts. I also added the 911 R carbon fiber shifter. Couldn't be happier with the way she turned out and she's only going to look better after spending the next few weeks at Glistening Perfection. Can't wait to finally drive her. When I turned the engine on for the first time...oh boy, what an event. My GTS is like a 911 on training wheels in comparison. Unbelievable. Thanks again to all!

Congrats. Your was the last one I had not delivered.

It might be the last as I have not seen any new ones in a couple weeks.

Big congrats. What a great looking car. I did not know you had PTS. I have been following your journey as a fellow GTS owning GT3 wannabe. Can't wait to hear your drive reviews. I think you should cruise up the coast to Pismo Beach to break her in. Great driving roads up here. I love the interior shot showing the 9K redline! I doubt we are going to see this one on the RL classifieds 4 mths from now with 40 miles on the clock and a $40K ADM. Many happy miles to you.

Thanks guys! Jim - I used to live in SB and I always enjoy visiting PB. For sure, I will be taking the car up the coast and I will let you know when I do. Looking forward to it. And you are correct, God willing, I will be driving this car for a very, very long time.

Love it!

Marked as delivered, big congrats! But did you say Moe is going to have it for several weeks??? I gave the PPF guy in Leipzig 24 hours with my car and then we were on the Autobahn. Not perfection, but still glistening and good enough, LOL!

Thanks all! Montoya - yes, it is going to be about a month as Moe and his team are extremely busy these days. They are working OT to catch up but it is looking like mid to late April before I actually get to drive her.
