Dealer should have subtracted the ADM from the price as compensation for OP’s troubles and expenses which they had caused. That’s the least they could have done towards redeeming themselves in the eyes of the public after being caught with their hands in the cookie jar.
The intended higher bidder for the car probably got cold feet anyway, which may also be why they became more cooperative after the legal and PCNA pressure. “OK fine, we’ll take your ADM as a compromise.”
Some things are worth fighting for. Great fight and great win OP. It’s amazing how some dealerships just don’t get it, but it’s great to see that PCNA does as evidenced by how they stepped up here.

As I told you in posts above (and as I did), an email campaign politely and factually pointing these events out to Porsche Marketing and Executive teams opens eyes.
Lots of eye.
Sometimes the wrong eyes!
I'm glad you got your Touring, they truly are special and your passion for this one shows. But geez, getting a new $200k GT car should be fun, exciting, and a lot of smiles. BTW, love the matching steering wheel center marker
Congrats for a good ending, and nice of you to stand for your posts and refusing to back up. They asked for it, and got what they deserved - no extra profit form a sucker that would have bought your car, and bad publicity. This is great.
Hopefully PCNA and PAG are starting to recognize the long term damage being done by some of these dealers to the brand so many of us here care so much about.
