Surprised but this car is still available for basically no ADM.

IMO there are a LOT of GT cars being made this year in line with what some RL members like Trakcar have been saying all along

I personally saw first hand 991 GT car production at least 50% if not more of the assembly line during my factory tour visit, and others verifying this during their factory visits this year on RL. So maybe supply is catching up with demand, especially for already-built cars (will always be demand for configurable allocations which is different). Sofas + PDK seem to be asking the lowest ADM of $10-15k but ask and sale price are usually two different things, so maybe we are getting close to MSRP

There's almost 4K miles on it. 7k over msrp, and a private party sale. He's probably getting lowballed imo... he should just do a consignment and be done with it.

I'm sure the first 2K were all run-in miles

You guys are lucky. I have had my Gt3.2 for sale in Europe now for 3 months. Not one single offer and I am now down to 23,000 euro below the MSRP on the car.

Speaks volumes to those who might have bought this car thinking they can drive it for free. All cars are not on the road, and it's already almost MSRP. Depreciation below msrp is going to happen soon.

It's not rocket science and it happens EVERY SINGLE model cycle. When the 992 GT/RS comes out, there zero supply of 992 GT/RS. By the end, buyers can choose from all used 992.1 gt3/2/RS/r/Blah-blah AND 992.2 gt3/2/RS/GTcab/speedster/whatever. It's just SnD. The 997.1 3rs an 991.1 3rs went for crazy ADM's. The .2's did not. Neither will they in the 992. Rinse repeat. Yes, the fin crisis helped exacerbate the 997 cycle but it will happen every single model cycle.

I think it is too soon to really see definitive/confirmed changes in value. One offs like a Touring going for $300K or a pre-owned one going for MSRP doesn't count.

It will be years before we see real trending. The 993 Turbo S, the RS 4.0, etc. The "regular" GT3 has held value better than other cars but from my understanding has never really gone UP.

Nobody likes talking about value, but it is no secret that it would be nice if our cars went UP in value. Look at the history however. It'll be 5-10 years before we really know.

Yep. Or else take a quick offer from a dealer at 10k below msrp and be done with it. It's been on the market for nearly 60 days so how much is your time & aggravation worth?

What a market you have in Europe. Almost $27,000 USD below MSRP and no takers.

If it goes up, if it goes down..... just get one of these cars and flog the thing Nearing 3k miles and just can't wait to put more miles on. Sometimes things can happen and you don't want to wait to live for a future that might never materialize!
