Sounds like a plan. This go around I'm leaving alignment stock. If the tire life is still 3 days, I'll probably do nothing.
Based on your past observations with the .1 that you posted and a friends experience I went light on the camber -2.5 front and -2 rear (minimal toe and kept caster close to stock). After 2 days at VIR and 2 days at Road Atlanta the OEM Dunlops have very even wear and the car is extremely steady. Look forward to hearing your experience at full stock set up. Great looking car, congrats.

Great info, thanks man. I was thinking of going with setup numbers like yours after doing a full stock run on my first set of tires
Joe, I had originally thought the OEM camber would have been fine. I ran just barely more, consider it 'max stock' setting... at 1.8 square. The tire wear looked great for the first 3 days of track days.
Now to first clarify, my version of a track day session.. is typically 15 minutes max... 7 or 8 laps and then I come in... don't really like to beat on the car for lap after lap when they'll be another session and the car will have time to cool.
Then this past Friday we went down to INDE motorsports ranch in Wilcox, AZ... tires had about a dozen 'shorter' heat cycles on them before the event. I got about 2 more sessions on Friday, before the left front started delaminating, and cording. Then session 3, the left rear started to cord. I then swapped the fronts side to side... and after one more session properly corded off the other two tires. All on the outside 2" of the tires (Pics below).
With the insides of the tires looking like new, I'd recommend at least 2.5 negative front and 2.2 negative rear. (Possibly as much as 2.5 negative square would work well).
^ thanks, Dave. 2.5F/2.2R was my thought after running stock alignment. Should be able to get that with just shims and nothing else. Now you've got me thinking if I should just go straight to that...

Completely up to you, but yeah, after seeing how consistent these corded, you're going to do it sooner or later. Would be interesting if the 2.5/2.2 could get you more than 3 or 4 days.
My next step will be just to go to the max the factory settings allow... (ie if that's 2.4/2.1 I'll take it) but don't want to add all the aftermarket stuff, and possibly screw with other geometry's.
I'll be sure to post back once I do next alignment as well. Right now, waiting to see which tires I'll be switching too.
Beautiful car, joe. The black wheels with red stripe add a nice understated pop to the classy but common silver. Also the black wheels tie in the other black parts of the car.

Gorgeous Car Joe, Big Congrats. My GT Silver GT3 on the way to Dealer. I plan to do the same and leave stock alignment....for now anyway.
I see you finally discovered that Silver Cars (Original Official German Racing Color) come packed with 20 Extra HP by PAG Line Workers.
Was hoping to keep that secret awhile longer. LOL
See ya on Smokies Runs?
