Are GT3s with ADM moving off dealer lots?

There are 196 GT3/GT3RS/GT2 on the National preowned porsche website. There is an almost no option car ($146k sticker) for $149k and then they go $163k and up. 21 are PTS GT3 and one PTS GT2 (at $620k lol). Five tourings ($25k-$40k ADM, none PTS) and 54 6MT GT3 (13 PTS, most big ADM and high 190s and up, but two at low ADM, but higher MSRP — lumber21’s olive car at $4k over MSRP with almost 9k miles and the rossa corsa car at PNH at $6k over with 1700 miles —both have been for sale for a while). Some of these PTS cars have been for sale since I started doing this 6-9 months ago. Then again, back when I worked for Land Rover, the GM would have a Defender 90 sitting on the rocks out front or in the showroom to drive traffic so maybe they don’t actually want to sell them that much. One last point, the earliest GT3 cars are now 18 months old so that is undoubtly driving down prices for the early PDK cars.
Over MSRP askings on the PTS manual cars (I am too tired to do PDK too).

PTS touring at 147 made for N. American might be the one to hold for appreciation speculation in 10-20 years....can't lose any money on LOW mileage Touring cars in the immediate future that ie probably will not be fully enjoyed ...most GT people would most likely want a winged to drive or track in the long term future regardless of miles on the odometer....

Here are the touring ADM: $30k, $36k, $40k, $25k, $30k and a sixth one that says contact us for price that I just noticed this go around.
So markedly higher than manual wing, even with PTS. BTW, if you want to track tourings on that website, search “cloth” as it pulls from the build sheets.
PTS PDK are: 23, 13, 5, 22, 26 — the $5k car has 2500 miles and the $22k one has 1200, the others have a couple hundred at most.
PS I have no dog in this fight as I am not shopping for a car and don’t want to sell mine, I just find it soothing to do this kind of stuff so I do it and share.

Thanks for the info- as a potential buyer I do not believe these prices are being paid- JMHO- if they were there would not be so many cars on market-asking and getting are different things- just offered 3k less than msrp for a 500 mile car- response was dealer will give msrp- do not believe this.
I have owned 30 p cars and always felt they depreciate quite a bit the 1st 3 years like any other car PLUS how many people with 175k plus for a limited use car.

I was in the dealer the other day and noticed a PTS GT3 .2 was still on the show room floor. I had been in the dealer over a month ago and the car was there and I asked why the car had not sold. The salesman told me PCNA had taken the GT cars off of their website because they didn't want the public to know how many were sitting in dealer inventories. Guys it's over, anybody that pays ADM is a fool and now is the time to offer less than MSRP...

I hear you- but dealing with retail sellers who think they have gold is not easy- you are insulting them- offered another guy msrp on a 500 mile car and he had significantly more into it and had it financed upside down.
Not my problem. So his response was I guess I will drive it and sell it later at msrp. DAH!

ADM is certainly over for winged GT3s. There will still be modest ADM for quite a while on Touring and RS.

Interesting....I didn’t pay ADM on my 2018 GT3 in December....it was bought used at msrp BUT I got CPO for $2500 and 4 new center lock nuts thrown in that would have been $1000 and my 2017 Carrera GTS 1.5 years into a lease paid off.
The deal wasn’t fun though and the used car manager at Champion turned out to be a real disrespectful tool. Doubt I’ll do business with Champion ever again...but at least I got my GT3 and a good deal.

How hot can market be when- car I am interested in was produced in May and sold in late November to retail buyer who has it for sale almost since he got it - 2 months- have to watch since many of these cars are now a year old - another car with msrp of 182 in Pa. is over a year old with 200 miles and dealer has it for 6 months asking 20k ADM because he owns it there. STUPID but then again have met very few smart car people.
