The OFFICIAL GT3 Touring owners pictures thread..

I've already posted a few times in this thread, but wanted to post up some pics after dropping the ride height. I dropped the car 6mm and added some camber. There is no loss in ride quality. The car feels just a little bit sharper. All subjective of course. More to the point, the car sits nicer.
The stock alignment was a bit of a mess. Not unusual to see this from factory is what I've gathered. Some of the improvements may simply be due to a corrected alignment. I changed the camber from -1.3 to -1.6 and I set the front toe to zero. Nothing dramatic.
There is a lot of variance between GT3s. I've noticed the Tourings often sit higher than the winged versions, particular in the rear. I wonder if Porsche sets ride height different between these models. It's a subtle change, but it's something I notice and I'm happy with the modification.

I did not. If I had the gear to remove CLs, I would have done it - it's a pretty straightforward process of changing the spring perch. I'd still need to take it in for the alignment, however.

After three years
I finally found a replacement for the 2019 GT Silver Touring I sold! GT Silver with LWB’s, FAL, CF interior and these CXX door sills which my previous car did not have. All Tourings should have these!

Off on a 2000 mile road trip to Tasmania and back , drive to Melbourne and car ferry to Tasmania , amazing what you can fit in a Touring.joining 50 other Porsche’s from the NSW Porsche Club on a circumnavigation of Tasmania. A little golf in Melbourne beforehand.
