Did you trade in your C2, I would imagine?
Thanks for the tip. It is about 2am and I am jet lagged and awake. This gives me a lot of time to get back to the Bay Area, I will check out the route ! Yes they took my C2 back. I

Wow....

Well I finished the LA to bay area drive. Quite surprised at how comfy the buckets are. They are actually more comfortable that my sofas on the same trip I did yesterday in the other direction. Good news as this was the one thing that made me hesitate a bit about the car. Getting in and out is obviously not as easy but was OK, I am 6'5", maybe more difficult if you are shorter. As for the car, wow. That engine is something,

I've finally driven it. And it's magical.
Winter and shoulder surgery slowed me down.

Daily drove mine for a month straight with buckets. Comfort is fine for me, though I did add a small memory foam pad for lumbar support. Unless you have health issues that affect ingress/egress, the only daily use issue I found access to rear is the only real drawback (for US cars with non-folding buckets).

After a week of daily driving to work and today's 4 hours drive in the hills. This car is nuts, the engine and MT is so much fun. Clearly the limiting factor is me. The PCCB squeal like hell at slow speed, hopefully this will go away. Really happy with the bucket seats. I hooked up with another Rennlister in Pescadero, the drive back to Alice via Stage road following basically almost the same car as mine was cool too.

I managed to get pulled over on Skyline for no front license plate..... The guy was also suspicious about the tinting, which seems border line for CA. Verbal warning and complemented me on the car
